Probes

Probes are used to interrogate networks to obtain information regarding signalling and user activity.

At one time they were cumbersome and complex pieces of equipment and required a lot of investment.

Whilst the data is still complex - probes have become slim server type hardware which are easier to install and maintain.

Arcanum supply Dialogic MSP probes. These small server sized probes are easy to install, can be configured quickly and offer great price performance and flexibility.

For 3G solutions we can supply a combination of hardware and software – dependant upon the requirement.

We do work with other probes suppliers also combining both grooming equipment and our software solutions.
